Quelle chance pour moi, le premier défi: des biscuits à la noix de coco et noix de macadam deux ingrédients que j’adore! J’ai lu les commentaires des membres sur la recette et j’ai décidé de diminuer le beurre et comme j’ai utilisé de la noix de coco sucrée, j'en ai profité pour réduire le sucre de moitié. J'ai remplacé la coriandre par de la fève tonka et j'ai servi les biscuits avec un yaourt et une confiture d'ananas parfumée à la fève tonka. Je n’ai pas eu les problèmes d’étendage excessifs... Par contre, je dois vous avouer que j’ai un peu trop réduit mes noix en morceaux... Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, ils sont tout à a fait délicieux.
